Culture Transformation Program

The single greatest advantage any company can achieve is organizational health.”

Our focus

Be your trusted partner to your teams’ wellbeing.

Workplace Wellbeing

We can spend more time with our work colleagues than we do with our families. It’s important that we feel mentally well, healthy, safe and valued at work, so we can perform at our best and flourish in other aspects of life. Workplace wellbeing plays a large role in promoting and maintaining our mental health. Research shows that mentally healthy workers are more productive and less likely to take sick leave.

The most pressing and complex challenges that organisations face today with their people is providing psychological safety. People are feeling stressed, displaced and overwhelmed and it’s challenging for organisations to respond effectively. One team may do well but others may not. It cannot be left to EAP to solve. Everyone has wellbeing and mental health needs, and right now it’s more important than ever to proactively meet them.

Make Your Teams’ Wellbeing a Priority

In 2012 Safe Work Australia estimated that work-related stress costs Australian economy AU$5.3 billion annually. And between 2010 to 2015 around 91% of workers’ compensation claims in Australia involving a mental health condition were linked to work-related stress

Work-related stress can be caused by poor work organisation (the way we design jobs and work systems, and the way we manage them), by poor work design (for example, lack of control over work processes), poor management, unsatisfactory working conditions and lack of support from colleagues and supervisors.

“When leaders and staff learn to stand together in their own humanity and create a culture of wellbeing within their organization, they’re more equipped to fulfill their mission, even in the face of massive global challenges”, Bringing Organizational Wellbeing to Life, Stanford Social Innovation Review

What do we do?

Our Team Wellbeing Program unpacks the team’s wellbeing impacts and pinpoint positive and negative wellbeing drivers.

We constructively explore how these thoughts, feelings and behaviours impact the team’s and individual engagement and performance.

We facilitate a deeper shared understanding about what strategies can sustain team energy, engagement and wellbeing and promote psychological safety.  The outcome are team and individual action plans to enhance wellbeing over the long haul.

Depending on a team’s development needs, this work can take various forms, ranging from one off-site meeting to a series of team-building events.

The Benefits and Outcomes

A workplace wellbeing program demonstrates to employees that their needs are recognised and valued, increasing goodwill and collaboration. There are obvious cost savings in reducing sick leave, compensation expenses and organisational overheads.

As a result employees will feel more secure, valued and committed to their work and to their organization. It increases staff engagement and retention and positions your organisation as an employer of choice.

Who is this program for?

Leaders and their Teams who desire increased wellbeing, resilience and engagement.
